Registration:
When ordering a product in the online store www.odstranivonjave.si, it is necessary to register. During registration, as a user, you choose the username and password that you will use for all subsequent purchases. By successfully completing the registration, you agree to all business conditions listed on the website www.odstranivonjave.si. We reserve the right to check each newly registered member by phone.
Ordering:
All orders are made through the online store www.odstranivonjave.si and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose from all published products, but if you do not find the desired item, contact us via the form on our website or send an e-mail to bontradedoo@gmail.com and we will inform you if delivery is possible. We deliver the ordered products via the DPD courier service, unless, as a customer, you state that you will pick up the order in person at the company's headquarters.
The sales contract between us as the provider and you as the customer is concluded at the time you place the order (via the online store, email or phone). The contract will be stored in our company for 30 days after receipt, it can be accessed in person or by mail.
We reserve the right to remove any product from our online store at any time, to remove and change any content, including price.
Registration procedure:
If you are a new customer, you can register before making a purchase to make your purchase faster, and you can keep track of your entire order history. The registration steps are as follows: Click the My Account icon in the right corner and click Create Account. Enter the information, including the desired password, and click Create. You will receive an e-mail to our e-mail address in which you will click on Activate your account. Re-enter the password and confirm it, then click Activate Account. You will receive a confirmation of the successfully created user account to the e-mail address. The next time you visit our website, simply log in with your e-mail address and password in the same center icon in the right-hand corner.
Ordering procedure:
The following steps are required to order the selected item.
Step 1: Select the product and click Add to Cart. A shopping cart opens where you can increase and decrease the amount of product. When you change the quantity, click Refresh. If you want to add another product to the shopping cart, click Continue shopping, otherwise click on Purchase or PayPal to pay with PayPal (quick purchase with PayPal is only possible for registered users).
Step 2: Enter your contact information or your information we need for a successful order. If you are a registered user or have ever bought from us, the data will be filled in automatically. Please check them if they are correct. Click Continue selection with delivery selection. In case you remembered that you forgot to put something in the cart, you can still do so by clicking Return to cart.
Step 3: Choose your shipping method and click Continue to choose your payment method.
Step 4: Choose the method of payment (PayPal, credit / debit card, upon personal collection in Štore, payment by proforma invoice on the current account, payment by cash on delivery) and mark the address for the account accordingly. You can still change information such as Contact Information, Delivery Address, and Shipping Method in this step. Edit them by clicking Edit for each item. When you're done, click Finish Purchase. Regardless of the method of payment you have chosen, you will receive a notification that your order has been accepted upon successful submission of the order, and you will also receive all further information, including notification of delivery. In case of payment by credit / debit card, you will also receive a Proof of Purchase.
Although we will always do everything we can to process your order, in exceptional circumstances (exhausted availability of goods) your order may be rejected even though you have already received an order processing message. We reserve the right to do so whenever such extraordinary circumstances arise. We do not assume any responsibility to you or to any third party for the fact that the order has not been processed after we have already sent you the confirmation
about a successfully created user account. The next time you visit our website, simply log in with your e-mail address and password in the same center icon in the right-hand corner.

If you have chosen to pay by bank card, you will be safely redirected to the 2Checkout payment system, where if the language does not change automatically to Slovenian, click on the right side Change language and select Slovenian - Slovenian. Click "Next to delivery information", check the correctness of the data already entered automatically, if not correct change or add it, then click "Next to account information" and "Next to payment method", enter your credit / debit card information and click "Submit Payment". In case of a successful payment, you will be given a check mark in the left corner and a notification that your order has been confirmed. Regardless of the method of payment you have chosen, you will receive a notification that your order has been accepted upon successful submission of the order, and you will also receive all further information, including notification of delivery. In case of payment by credit / debit card, you will also receive a Proof of Purchase.

Delivery time:
Most products are in stock all the time, so the delivery time is 2-3 days after ordering. In the event that the ordered product is not currently available, we will notify you in an appropriate and timely manner to your e-mail address.
Prices and payment:
The price of the products is as it is at the time of ordering on our website, except in case of error. The final price of the product may be lower if you apply the appropriate discount code.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are correct, an error may occur. If we discover a defect, we will notify you accordingly and provide you with the option to confirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will not process your order and it will be considered canceled, and we will refund any payment.
Product prices are subject to change at any time, but except in the event of a defect, they do not affect your order.
The price on the website includes VAT, but does not include the cost of delivery, which is charged at the end of the purchase at the total price.
Methods of payment:
Payment for goods is possible in the following ways:
1. Cash on delivery:
The buyer pays the order to the delivery person in cash when the delivery person delivers the ordered goods. Total purchase price + delivery costs listed in our delivery price list.
2. Through the current account according to the issued pro forma invoice. After payment, the order will be shipped.
3. Via Paypal. You choose it as a method of payment, but if you are a registered user, you can make a quick PayPal purchase as soon as you are in your shopping cart - instead of Buy, click PayPal
4. By credit / debit card (VISA, Mastercard) - see Step 4 Ordering procedure
5. Upon personal collection at the warehouse - by cash or bank card
Delivery of goods:
If you have chosen delivery by post when ordering, we will deliver the ordered goods via the DPD courier service. The price of delivery via DPD courier service is € 2.99 in Slovenia, €5.90 International, regardless of the weight of the package. Delivery is free for the purchase over € 39.99 (only in Slovenia).
Packages are sent via DPD mail. DPD Post delivers the package to your home, informing you in advance with the approximate delivery time. You can also arrange with the courier to leave the package for you at the Petrol station or Pošta Slovenije.
We will endeavor to ship your order on the same day as ordered, however, delays may occur due to reasons such as product customization and unforeseen circumstances.
Risk transfer and ownership:
Product risks become your responsibility from the moment of delivery. You assume ownership of the products when we receive full payments of all amounts due in connection with shipping costs.
Replacement of goods:
If the customer orders the item and it does not suit him and he wants to replace it, he must inform us within 3 days of receiving the goods. To the best of our knowledge and by agreement, the item will be sent back to us and we will send him the one we agreed on. The only cost borne by the buyer is the return of the item and re-delivery.
The goods to be replaced must be NEW (in the original packaging, with labels, unused, ...), if we consider that the goods were used or are without labels, packaging and damaged, unfortunately we cannot replace it.
Return of goods:
As a consumer, you have the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that you are withdrawing from the contract (purchase), without having to give a reason for your decision. The message is considered timely if the shipment is delivered within 14 days of receipt. He must then send the goods to the company (BON Trade d.o.o., Kompole 65, 3220 Štore) in the same quantity, shape and undamaged in the original packaging no later than 14 days after the notification. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal of the contract (purchase) is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept redemption refunds.
The customer must enclose a copy of the invoice with the return. We will transfer the purchase price for the product to the bank account, which he must provide when returning the goods. The transfer will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal of the contract (purchase).
If the buyer returns the goods that he ordered incorrectly through his fault, the provider charges him administrative costs in the amount of 15% of the value of the goods returned by the buyer or a minimum of 5.00 EUR.
The return of goods does not apply in the case of custom-made items or products that are not in the regular offer and were ordered at the special request of the buyer.
After the execution of the order, the buyer is obliged in any case to take over the delivered goods and then within 14 days of receipt to notify that he withdraws from the contract. If the buyer does not take over the goods he ordered, the provider charges him administrative costs in the amount of 15% of the value of the goods returned by the buyer or a minimum of 5.00 EUR.
Complaints:
We will try to resolve any complaints for the benefit of the customer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Change of business conditions:
We have the right to change these Terms of Business at any time. You are subject to the Terms of Business in effect at the time of your order, unless we need to change the terms in accordance with an updated or new state code. In this case, any changes may also affect your order.
Viruses, piracy and computer attacks:
This website may not be used in an inappropriate manner with the intent to introduce a virus, Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or other software and technologically harmful or corrupt material. You should also not gain unauthorized access to the website administration and server. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall be deemed to be an infringement which shall be reported to the appropriate authorities. Except as required by law, we do not accept any liability resulting from malicious software, technologically harmful or defective material that may affect your computer, data or materials as a result of using this site or the pages to which your website redirect page.
