Refund policy

Return of goods:
As a consumer, you have the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that you are withdrawing from the contract (purchase), without having to give a reason for your decision. The message is considered timely if the shipment is delivered within 14 days of receipt. Then, no later than 14 days after the message, you must send the goods in the same quantity, shape and undamaged in the original packaging to the company (BON Trade d.o.o., Kompole 65, 3220 Štore). The only cost borne by the consumer here in connection with the withdrawal of the contract (purchase) is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept redemption refunds.
The customer must enclose a copy of the invoice with the return. We will transfer the purchase price for the product to the bank account, which he must provide when returning the goods. The transfer will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal of the contract (purchase).
If the buyer returns the goods that he ordered incorrectly through his fault, the provider charges him administrative costs in the amount of 15% of the value of the goods returned by the buyer or a minimum of 5.00 EUR.
